\large {\blue {\mathbf { Hermaphrodite :}}}
Animals in which sexes are not separate are called hermaphrodite. Sexes are not separate means both the sperm and ova are produced by same/single individual/s.
e. g. spnges, coelentrates, ctenophores and platyhelminthes.

\large {\blue {\mathbf { Dioecious :}}}
Animals that belong to phylum aschelminthes (Nematoda) and higher phyla have separate sexes, i. e., the ova and sperm are produced by different individuals. These animals are called as Dioecious.

Hermaphrodite are those animals which have both male and female reproductive Organ during their life span
Sexes are not determined
Many invertebrates and a significantly smaller number of vertebrates are hermaphrodites
Eg species phyllum echinoderma ,most snails ,sponges

Dioecious are those which have only one reproductive organ their sexes are determined i mean male and female can be determined
