Cathode rays are the negative rays .. which move from negative electrode towards positive electrode

Anode rays are the rays which emitted from the gas molecules ..
As the cathode rays strike the gas molecules gas releases electron and changes to positive ions ... which move towards cathode ... known as Anode rays...

X rays are short wave high energy electromagnetic radiation which are emitted from Anode when cathode rays strike the Anode x rays are produced. ....

Hope this all will help you ....

When Aaarchiiiii tells no spamming, then I cannot spam ^___^
I am answering ur question :-

1] Cathode rays are those rays which travels from the cathode to the anode in a discharge tube.
2] Anode rays are those rays which travels from anode to cathode in a discha tube.
3] When a beam of cathode rays is made to fall upon hard metallic targets like tungsten, X-rays are produced. (Refer to page 51, 4th property of cathode rays)
