I am writing this letter on behalf of Smt. Sumati Ben (65 years), residing at B/33, Block 34, Ratlam, who can neither read nor write.

Smt. Sumati Ben is widowed, have none to support her and unable to find any salaried job. She is extremely poor and hence, I request you to kindly issue her with a BPL card to enable her get free rations and other benefits offered by the government.
