Convert the sentences to passive voice

2.The scam was reported by newspaper
3.I was kept waiting by Maya.
4.Hanif was elected as president of the club by us.
5.Neelu was praised by her father.
6.The class was taken to picnic by the teacher.
7.Traffic rules should not be broken.

superallu: but our English teacher explained us that if the sentence is in continous tense then being will be added to the sentence
