♣️welcome to the concept of kinematics ♣️

✨in this numerical ,let total time

taken be t.

average speed = total distance /total time taken.

60=120/t

t = 2hours .....(a)

1) for first part of the journey.

speed = 30km/hr

distance= 30 km

time= ?

speed= distance /time

time = 30/30 = 1 hour .......(b)

2) latest letter suppose that the speed of the train is x km/hr

remaining distance = 120-30,= 90 km

speed = x km/hr

time = 90/X hours. ....(c)

on adding ( b)and( c)

total time = (1+90/X )hours ......(d)

we know that total time taken for the entire trip is 2 hours from (a)

then ,

1 +  \frac{ 90}{x}  = 2

 \frac{90}{x}  = 1

x = 90  \frac{km}{hr}

✨therefore ,

the train should travel the next 90 kilometre distance at a speed of 90 km per hour.

✨yr answer is 90 km/hr
