Sum of zeroes = 7+ (-18) = -11
 -b/a = -11/1
b/a = 11/1
product of zeroes = 7*-18 = -126
 c/a = -126/1
standard form = ax(square) + bx + c = 0
required quadratic polynomial = x(square) + 11x-126 = 0

Anonymous: sum of zeros is -18 not -11
