OK u first of all try to find out all the problem of your school and try to solve some problems in front of all the student and be honest.. and promise to all the students to make the worse situation the best of ...and talk to All the student nicely

u jst dnt need to pretend anything try to relate to the problems n issues of the student talk to them normally n make them believe that ur perfect n whom they can trust completely
