I am a student of class 9th of your school and somehow unfortunately my father could not attend the parents teacher meeting that was held on 4th August 20XX for the purpose of paper showing.

Actually, my father was suddenly admitted to the hospital because of his sudden illnesses. I was also with him throughout the entire time of his being in hospital and was taking care.

So, because of the above mentioned reasons, my father could not attend the parents teacher meeting and I promise you that my parents will surely ensure their presence in the next parents meeting.
