The correct answer is RECTANGLE.

Generally, rectangle is the largest among the above 2d shapes. But the question is a riddle. So answer should be logical. So what may be the answer ?

If we go with sides. Then Rectangle and Square are the largest because they have four sides each. So this couldn't be the answer.

Let's go with the letters in the word. The letters in the word "Triangle" are Eight. The letters in the word "Circle" are six, The letters in the word "Square" are six and finally the letters in the word "Rectangle" are Nine.

So, finally we got an answer which is logical and brain teasing. Hence, Rectangle is largest because it has nine words in it.
