Hey friend here is your answer

Ques. Do you feel any change in temperature ?
Ans. Yes, the breaker will become hot as temperature has increased . And this is because adding water to quick lime ( CaO) is an exothermic reaction i,e heat is released in the reaction .
So due to evolution of heat breaker will become. Hot .

Hope it helps you

HERE'S THE ANSWER ⏬

Ans : Yes , if we touch the beaker then you will be able to feel the heat which indicates the change in temperature .

As we know , Calcium Oxide reacts vigorously with water to form slaked lime ( Calcium Hydroxide ) which releases a large amount of heat . This is also known as Exothermic Reaction .

CaO (s) + H2O (l) ====> Ca(OH)2 (aq)

Here , Ca(OH)2 is the product of the chemical reaction or we can say it Slaked lime which makes the beaker heated .
