What is photosynthesis ?

a photosynthesis is a process by which plants prepare their food by using Carbon dioxide (CO2) from the air ,water (H2O) from the soil , Light from the sun in the presence of Chlorophyll .

How do they prepare their food ?

When we exhale Carbon dioxide from our lungs , it goes into the plant by the stomata present on their lower surface , they absorb water from the soil by roots and transport it to the leaves through the xylem, they have a green substance at their top ( in the palisade membrane ) which traps sunlight . Sunlight acts as a energy to make food . Food is made in leaves in the palisade membrane and transported to all the parts by phloem.
