Actually Welcome to the Concept of the Thermal Expansion and Dynamics of a body.

Now here the concept used are,

1.) Linear Thermal Expansion of a body that is,

=> L = L° ( 1 + alpha ∆theta )

2.) Angular velocity.

=>V = L*w

so here, we know that,

=>L = w/V and L° = v/w°

so applying this we get as,

=>V/w = V/w° ( 1 + alpha ∆ theta)

so we get as,

=>w = w° / (1+alpha ∆theta )

now here we apply the Binomial Expansion.

thus we get as,

⭐=> w = w°( 1- alpha∆theta )
