Now, if the assistant gave 1 rupee to all three, i. e., Alan, Allen and Ewin then he also took away 2 rupees from them, so let it be that Alan and Allen gave 1-1 rupee to him in contribution, So now, if we see, then the rupee that the manager gave to Alan and Allen, were taken away by him. So overall, he gave only one rupee to Ewin.
