Animal testing should be banned because animals help us maintain a balanced eco-system.

If animals are used for test or expirementation then, the number of those animals may decrease and disturb the eco-system. And it's a fact that over 100 million animals die every day due to this.

Besides, animal testing may result badly for humans too. Though some animals are mostly similar to humans they are not exactly similar to humans, and a medicine which has proven to be helpful for an animal may not be helpful for us.

It may harm us in a different way too. Suppose the test becomes a failure and they are not able to find a medicine, they may let the animal which was used for testing go. But this creature itself can create new diseases.
