Hey there everyone I just need to know that if say, cos theta = \frac{adjacent}{hypotenuse} and A = f and H =77 Do I just leave it as cos theta = f/77 or do i multiply both sides by f and do it like a linear equation? Thank you so much!

Answer:

cos theta=f/77 is the simplified form.

It will be odd to do anything further. Just keep it same.

But,if f is asked to find out, then you have to do something further(multiply cos theta with f to get f=cos theta 77).
