**the biological process which involves the removal of harmful metabolic waste from the body is called excretory system.
**unicellular organisms remove their waste by simple diffusion.
**KIDNEY:1.nephrons are the basic filtration unit of human beings .It removes poisonous substances such as urea and other salts along with excess water from the body.
2.it regulates the osmotic pressure/waste balance of the bold.
3.it regulates pH of the blood.
