★ Solution ★

We have,

Highest temperature = 37.5°C ,

Lower temperature = 28.6°C

∴ Range = 37.5 - 28.6 = 8.9°

Let the class size be 2°C then ,

Number of classes = 5

(∵ \frac{range}{class \: size} = \frac{8.9}{2} = 4.95)

Let the lower limit for the first class interval be 28°C. Then, the class intervals are : 28-30, 30-32, 32-34, 34-36, 36-38, and the frequency distribution by inclusive method is As given above.

We have ,

Maximum humidity = 97%

Minimum humidity = 54%

∴ Range = 97 - 54 = 43

Let us choose the class size as 10. Then,

No of classes = 5

(∵ \frac{range}{no \: of \: classes} = \frac{43}{10} = 4.3)

Let

the lower limit for the first class interval be 50 .Then various class interval are 50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80-90 and 90-100 and the frequency distribution by inclusive method is As given above .

Notice that the 1st table is of Frequency distribution for maximum temp and the 2nd one is for Frequency distribution for relative humidity.
