in today's modern world everybody wants to have a car whether it's their own need or greed in our country and all over the world the government only allows the person above 18 years to drive a car and give them a licence but there is also rule that the driver should not be drunk all of my minor age . but our young generation wants to learn everything so quickly so they drive cars at midnight to hang out with friends or for any other reason. it might be dangerous to all the people who are with them the person who is driving and the persons on the road . its their parents responsibility to take care that what the children is doing. and not only them some adult people also drive very rushly and very bad manner and when accidentally they hit someone they think that they can do anything since they have a licence but let me remind everyone that licence to drive is not a licence to kill it's only for your own comfort and desires but we don't have rights to kill any other person or to harm them on the behalf of a licence at last I just want to say that use your rights properly don't use them 2 to harm others or or to kill a snack anyone's life thank you
