Liberty :- The condition in which an individual has the ability to follow his or her own will and is known as Liberty.
Some of the safeguards of liberty are as follows:-
1) Love for liberty : when people are strongly loving heir liberty, that liberty can be really safeguard.
2) Eternal Vigilance: the commitment of people to defend any encroachment against their liberty.
3) Grant of Equal Rights to All: Liberty can exist only when equal rights are granted and guaranteed to all the people without any discrimination on any basis.
4) Democratic System: to safeguard the liberty, it is essential to have a Democratic system.
5) The Rights of one should not be dependent upon the will of others.
6) Fair Governmental Action: To safeguard Liberty, it is essential that the government should exercise impartial control over every section of society.
7)Protection of Fundamental Rights: to safeguard liberty, the fundamental rights must be protected.
8) Independence of Judiciary: there should be independent judiciary, to safeguard the liberty.
