the following challenges are faced in free and fair political parties : -

1) most of the political parties do not have internal democracy, as those who are party leader has greater share in decision making.

2) parties do not conduct a resistor neither a constitution due to which, any person off party can be removed also, dost vah party leader have hierarchical transfer of power to their children's or family members.

3) no one in the legislative assembly is allowed to send against his own party to present his own views.

4) most of the members of political party tend to change their party if they do not get ticket for MP or MLA.

5) the lower member of political party do not get enough information about the political party, and the regular meetings in political party do not conducted by political leaders.

6) most of the member of political party tend to seek their monetary power to win election.

The most obvious challenge faced by any party is that it must implement the program it says it will implement or it will lose credibility. Another challenge is that there is always someone who has a different point of view and thus is trying to discredit or even unseat a particular political party. A further challenge would be if a political party holds different views from the most important government leader; this would create constant conflict and would make many decisions contentious and conflicted. In all things parties must learn to compromise with those on the other side, a huge challenge in itself.
