RULES : The rules which are given or provided by the constitution can be changed according to the situation.

Ex : The ammendments that happens. Recently the triple Talaq was banned even though it was a rule given by constitution.


LAWS : The laws which are given by constitution mostly. But we cannot predict the changes of the laws.
