It's intangible, immortal. It's makes us see the joys and sorrows of life. It teaches us patience and wisdom.
It tells us that everything except it is transient, only time is permanent.
Also it follows the law of karma, if u kill time today, one day time will kill you. I think that will happen anyways, so we should try to live every moment.

In my words, time is a measure devised by humans to mark and analyse the existence and occurrence of events, that have happened, are happening or will happen.
Using this measure we can analyse how far we have come in future since some event took place.
