when i apply a force towards the tree suppose there is no any force other than what i applied no gravity nothin...


Does that mean i applied no force just because the velocity was same from two other points​

suppose 100N of force was required to move tree and you applied a less amount of force so it did not move

you did applied the force but it was not strong enough to even overcome frictional force and gravitational force which was making it stand
