neurons are the cell which helps in transmission of massage from one part of body to brain in the form of electric impulses.

it has branch like structure on both ends one of them is assepter and second is sender.

Heya,

Nerve cells are the basic unit of the nervous system . A nerve cell are called neurones.
A neuron contains a nucleus and the cell body extends to form branched structures called dendrons. Dendrons branch out further into structures called dendrites. One of the dendrites elongates from the cell body to form tail- like structure called axon.
