I take this opportunity to draw your kind attention to the Public Distribution System in our village.The ration shop of the village opens as per the whims of the shop owner. Most of the time one or the other item is not available, even though we are told those would be available on given days. The quality of rice and wheat is at times not fit for human consumption.It would be nice if you could kindly make it convenient to visit the shop or depute an officer of your department to carry out a surprise inspection with a view to taking remedial steps in the matter.Thanking you,Yours faithfully
