✍️ American administration is accountable to the people of USA.

✍️The main function is to act in accordance with objective of the USA government and the preamble of people.

Indian and USA parliamentary system is different because USA have president government. president is the key of constitution country handed by president whereas India has central government prime minister is the key of constitution and handle the country.
