although both of these words are used to mean - "particularly" ....
the main difference is that -
⚫especially is usually more formal in nature , while
⚫specially is basically more informal ..
⚫When you want to convey the meaning “in a special manner”, then use specially.
⚫When you mean something really very special and extraordinary or extreme then use "especially".
these two words have just a hair - length difference ( too less difference).

Most of the time there is no difference between these two words Specially and especially . Special Is a common adjective "specially" is its adverb form . Specially means particular in a disintguishing manner for a perticular purpouse.
And
Especially is an uncommon adjective . Especially its adverve form is much more common . Especial means "exceptional" .
