Explanation:
Adishankara or Shankara was born in Kaladi, Kerala. he was the founder of the adhvaita sect. He established four madas in east (Puri), west(Dwaraka), south(Sringeri) and north(Kashmir) parts of India. He worshipped Lord Shiva only.
Ramanujacharya was the founder of the vishitaadhvaita sect and was born in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. He was a devotee of Vishnu and composed Sribhashya regarding daily rituals in vishnu temples.
