Sports and games plays an important role in our life. Sports and games refresh our mind.
Something apart from our busy schedule and studies.
Today in this busy schedule we aren't able to focus on sports and games, but actually they are very important.

Sports and games has its various advantages ,
▶It's good for our health.
▶Helps in height growth.
▶Mental, physical, social well being of a person.
▶Fresh mind, which helps in studies.
▶ Learning of rules and regulations of different games.
▶It improves self esteem.
▶It develops various skills, playing sports makes us strong.
▶It has many success points, a person can make career through sports.
▶Playing sports is enjoyable.

Everything has both positive and negative impacts and If we are talking about sports and games, It has also it's disadvantages!!
▶Injuries while playing, sometimes it takes too long time to recover.
▶Competitions, sometimes it makes people mind tensed.
▶Sometimes, sports becomes so important that we focus on that rather than academics.
▶It takes time, to learn.
Well, today's specially children are not playing sports and games, reason pressure of studies and gadgets which made them to stay in home
