Heya!!! friends

can anyone tell me how to recognize whether the sum I mean word problems are of quadratic equation or linear equations in two variables

please answer only for class 10th

Hii dear......look the word problems of these two chapters are a bit similar but u cn solve in whatever method u comfortable wid.......marks won't be deducted fr that.......even I hd a confusion in this..... but eventually I started solving all the word problems in the paper with two variables as I am more comfortable with that chapter but marks was not deducted.......so it completely depends upon u how u want to solve it.....but it's assured that marks won't be deducted!!

• If it is linear equation in one variable than there are most probable chance that it may not contain multiply concept or squaring concept.

• If it is of quadratic equation then it must say ( the question must say ) to multiply Or to square.

• But better is to Start by taking two variables and after solving uh will get that how to solve either by linear equation Or by quadratic equation.

• And yes marks will not be deduct for this !!
