according to me i think it is due to motion sickness...some people can't tolerate the ongoing motion that they are going through during travelling...so they feel like vomiting. ...

ANSWER:

Usually due to “motion sickness” where the inner ear is giving one set of sensations to the brain and the eyes are giving another.

EXPLANATION:

For example, try and read a book while riding as a passenger. Your eyes are moving horizontally while your inner ear says you are moving forward or better yet, your eyes are operating on the “X” Axis and the ear is on the “Y” axis. Most people get sick although a few, don’t. Although, oddly enough, when I was younger I had to read while in the back seat or I would get sick although the front seat seemed to alleviate that.

Motion sickness is not an issue. So, when I fly and it’s daytime, I read or watch a movie.
