Hi, Mehek nice to get such a question from you. So I will write it to you (only hints and points!!) about our nation's constitutional rights towards men, women,children and minorities.Our country got freedom from the British colonial master on 15th August 1947 and such great leaders of our country who took us into its pioneer height worked very hard to make the longest constitutional law and it's amendments for the people, by the people and of the people to create democratic Republican country. To create democracy is meaningless unless we have the people who have their basic education qualifications or their literate level.There are so uneducated people country till right now from 70 years of our country's independence.This is how people create chaos, pandemonium, conflict and quarrels and so on.Our Government irrespective of whether it's a BJP or a CONGRESS PARTY they have to work very hard to fulfill our dreams and ambitions i.e. people's ambitions to reach their goal.Certain laws need to create in order to reach into our ears!!
Laws like respect every people and discrimination on the basis of gender ethnicity caste class race etc,..
Protection for Women and seats reserved for OBC, SC, ST people at least 50 percent for their rights claimed in any election.
Protection for children and women against exploitation till the age of 17 and protection against these molestation, child abuse, kidnapping rape case etc,..
Protection for someone's Information and property.
Recommendation to create and improve public events in our country.
To create secularism throughout the place especially in temples , mosque etc,.
