Hey, Here's ur answer.. If it helps plz mrk me brainliest..
1) Eukaryotic Ribosomes are larger. They consist of a 60S large subunit and a 40S small subunit, which come together to form an 80S particle having a mass of 4200 kd, compared with 2700 kd for the prokaryotic 70S ribosome. The 40S subunit contains an 18S RNA that is homologous to the prokaryotic16S RNA.
2) Gram positive cell walls contain a thick peptidoglycan layer with teichoic acids. Gram positive bacteria will stain purple because of their thick peptidoglycan cell wall. Gram negtive cell walls contain a thin peptidoglycan layer (without teichoic acids) that is surrounded by a thick plasma membrane.
3) Both them smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulum help in the production and storage of proteins The main difference is that one contains ribosomes on it and the other does not. The rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER) has ribosomes on its surface. ... The Smooth endoplasmic reticulum(SER)
helps in the storage of proteins and lipids.
