FUNDAMENTAL UNITS ARE THE UNITS WHICH WE USED DIRECTLY WITH USE OF MASS,LENGTH ,AND TIME.
EXAMPLE--- DIMENSION OF FORCE -- MLT-2
DERIVED UNITS ARE THE UNITS WHICH WE DERIVED FROM THE FUNDAMENTAL QUANTITIES.
EXAMPLE--- FORCE= MASS × ACCELERATION.
PRESSURE= FORCE× AREA

Answer :

Fundamental Physical quantities are those which cannot be defined in the terms of other quantities. The units of these fundamental Physical quantities are called Fundamental or base Units

e.g. Mass , Length

The units which is obtained from the combinations of base or fundamental units is calle d Derived Units.

e.g Work , Force, speed

All these can be expressed as the combination of units of mass, length, time etc
