Hey Mate,

Here's Your Answer..

The sun rises 2 hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh compared to Gujarat but the clock shows the same time because the time along the standard meridian of India passing through Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh is taken as the standard time for the whole country.

( Look at the picture given above for better understanding )

Here you go....

Answer:

  • there is a 30 degree difference in the longitudinal extent of India .
  • sun rises in the east . Arunachal Pradesh is in the easternmost part of East so Sunrisers early in the east of India , i.e in Arunachal Pradesh.
  • There is a two hours difference in Arunachal Pradesh's and Gujarat's time.....
  • But, India follows a standard time......which is exact 5hours ahead of the WST.

Dont forget to hit the thanks button.....(, do mark me as brain list as i have invested my precious time is answring)
