Hi friend

Here is your answer.

(x)^{2} - (y) ^{2} \div 100

So,

The Identity is

a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)

So, the factors are :--

====>> (x+y/10)(x-y/10).

I hope this will help you .

Step-by-step explanation:

the solution can be obtain by identity

(a + b) {}^{2} = {a}^{2} + {b }^{2} + 2ab

suppose a=3x b=y

now you can check it by applying this identity

2nd part

th solution can be obtained by identity

(a - b) {}^{2} = {a}^{2} + {b }^{2} - 2ab

suppose here a=4y and b=1

now you can check it by applying this identity

3rd part

the solution can be obtain by identity

 {a }^{2} - {b }^{2} = (a + b)(a - b)

suppose here a=x and b = y/10
