Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in order to request to replace a product bought from your store as it was of bad quality.
I recently bought an iron from you store. Just the next day, when I used it, I realised that it was not functional. It didn't produce any heat. It also gave sparks frequently. I am afraid that it was already damaged before I bought it. I purchased the product on 27th May, 2020. I am sure that it can be replaced as mentioned in the T&C.
The model number and all the relevant details are in a list, stapled along with the letter in the envelope.
