Steps:
1) No. of atoms of O in given Compound is
4 + 7*1 = 11 .
=> No. of moles of O in 1 mole of given compound is 11moles.
=> No. of moles of O in 5 moles of given compound is 5 * 11 = 55 .

So, Required No. of Moles of Oxygen atom is 55 moles.
