What is the one thing you would like to change the most to make your school, workplace, community, country or the world a better place?
How would you bring about that change?

What is the one thing you would like to change the most to make your school, workplace, community, country or the world a better place?
Everything is imperfect. Do you dare to find something perfect? O_o Maybe relations are there. Nothing more you can find I bet. :p Every thing in this world except relations have flaws! I would rather choose community or our Society because I found our Society more imperfect than the other alternatives :p
Society have different people, with different outlooks, culture, opinions etc.. So, it's more obvious that society have flaws. However, what I feel a flaw may be a plus point to others because we all differ in one way or another. Here are some little or big things I found as flaws in the society I live in.
Discrimination : How much we say we are devoloped, how much we say we are secular, how much we say we are modern citizens, everyone in this world have some thing arrogant about thier some thing's which cause some sorts of discrimination in this Society. Although our Society is almost out from caste discriminations, it still exist on minds of some. We can change science, time, but not some humans O_o Maybe me, even me, in the inside of my heart, may feel proudy about my relegion. How much we say we all are humans, the fact that we differ from each other, create a small sought of discrimination everywhere.
Gender Discrimination : Although Caste discrimination is limited, Gender Discrimination is common, after all :' Maybe it's the bitter truth. Wont some one, maybe we, me, feel awkward when a boy and girl are besties? O_o I never felt but I know, I felt, some others feel it deeply. They call it 'awkward'. Isn't that too disgusting? Then where goes the awkwardness when the same gender are best friends forever. They are both humans and they both share the same trust, faith, and love too. I believe in humanity than gender.
It's often misconcepted, in our Society, particularly in our country, India, some jobs can only be done by boys and not girls. Why not girls? Did they prove to be useless? I guess no. And some jobs are considered 'girly'. In many parts, woman are supposed to do household duties and when men do it, still if they try, society blames saying it's girlish. i feel it the worst of all the society is having =_= Why should boys have all the fun? Why not girls? They are humans. No one is superior. No one is inferior . Girls and boys should have equal value and respect in the society. One's social position must depend on thier merit, not by thier birth.
After society, something i found is in my school. +_+ My school is my second home. May be, personally, I love my school more than anything. I got my love, that is, my best friends, brothers and sisters, which seems to be more sincere and adorable than my own siblings, from that institute. I had spent my educational days, from the beggining, that is from kinder garden itself from the same school. That means, till now, I have completed 11 years! 11 years of memories, sweet and bitter! I found that my school is the best and best a girl like me can get, it possibly don't have any flaws, according to me :P
Still, it's a CBSE School! :p I do love that syllabus, i don't hate, I mean :b I love every syllabus, I don't hate them at all! But, the most most most +_+ disgusting factor I found in all those syllabuses are : Today's education doesn't measure a student's intellect, but simply thier memory power! I feel it the worst in today's educational system.
These are some changes, I feel, should be changed in the world around us. Hope the changes happens!
P.S : My views mayn't match some, however, it's my opinion. ^^

First of all I would love to thank you for this beautiful question ever.
I would allow everyone to express their feelings .I would love to know their opinion in order to change the workplace facilities/anything they wish for.
I would see that there is no gender discrimination or anything else.
Girls are girls hence they won't be able to harass anyone.
