️⃣At first, we will observe the unit digit of the given number.

️⃣If the unit's digit is 2 , 3 ,7 or 8, then the given number is surely not a perfect square number.

️⃣Also if the given number ends with odd number of zeroes, then surely it is not a perfect square.

️⃣However if the unit's digit has 4, 5, 6, or 9 , then we will do the prime factorization of the given number in order to check whether it is a perfect square or not.

️⃣If all the prime factors occur in pairs in the prime factorization of the given number, then the given number is a perfect square number and if they do not occur in pairs then it is not a perfect square number.

️⃣If the given number ends with even number of zeroes, then also we will apply the above method of prime factorisation to check whether the given number is a perfect square or not.
