I think NEET is somewhat easy now.

Actually I know only about Neet and don't have that much idea kf Nata .

But in my point of view I would go with neet as an easy option. Because the syllabus is only your Ncert books , Modules , Class notes/ teacher notes & Previous year question. That's it.
