earthquake is something that was caused by the movement of tectonic plates under the earth crust .this was the natural phenomenon,but causes by the activities of human beings ..it causes lots of destruction ,some other ways of causing of earthquake is building of large dams...we can protect ourselve by going out of the building and if it was not possible than go under the table..and make sure not go by the help of lifts...
