Resistance b/w A and B:

=10+150/8+10

=160+150/8

=310/8

=38.7ohms

PLS MARK THE BRAINLIEST.

skbhandari60: may I ask a question
akkileshk: yes
skbhandari60: that how it became 150/8
akkileshk: 1/R=1/(20+20+10)+1/30,1/R=1/50+1/30,1/R=8/150,R=150/8
skbhandari60: ok mate thankx
akkileshk: please mark my answer the brainlest one.

Answer:

The resistance between A and B is 38.75 ohm.

Explanation:

Given that,

According to figure,

R_{1}=10\Omega

R_{2}=20\Omega

R_{3}=10\Omega

R_{4}= 20\Omega

R_{5}=10\Omega

R_{6}=30\Omega

The resistance R₂,R₃ and R₄ are connected in series

Then, The equivalent resistance will be

R= R_{2}+R_{3}+R_{4}

R=20+10+20

R= 50\Omega

Now, The resistance R and R₆ are connected in parallel

The equivalent resistance will be

\dfrac{1}{R'}=\dfrac{1}{R}+\dfrac{1}{R_{6}}

\dfrac{1}{R'}=\dfrac{1}{50}+\dfrac{1}{30}

R'=\dfrac{150}{8}

Now, The resistance R_{1}, R' and R_{4} are connected in series

The equivalent resistance will be

R''=R_{1}+R'+R_{4}

R''=10+\dfrac{150}{8}+10

R''= 38.75\Omega

Hence, The resistance between A and B is 38.75 ohm.
