First do Nitration. Due to Stratic reasons P- toludine will be measured rather than Ortho next just reduce the nitro grouping using Hyrdogen/nickle.

HOPE IT HELPS

Step 1: Friedel Craft alkylation reaction of benzene in presence of anhydrous AlCl3, gives toluene.

Step 2: Nitration of toluene gives p- nitro toluene.

Step 3: Reduction Reaction of p- nitro toluene with Sn/ HCl reduces nitro to amino group , thus forming p-toluidine .

Note: If nitration is done first then the same product may not be formed as Nitro group is a meta director.
