ok,
hi,
Anushka
Colour blindness:
As a carrier, she'll have one copy of the colorblind gene but not be colorblind herself. She'll also have a 50% chance of passing the gene on to her kids. It is different for a son who can only get the gene that causes colorblindness from his mother and only needs one copy to be colorblind.
(100% because the child will be a carrier of color blindness but his mom's normal vision will mask the recessive allele.)
Hemophilia :
Hemophilia A is caused by a mutation in the gene for factor VIII
Hemophilia A and B are inherited in an X-linked recessive genetic pattern, so males are commonly affected while females are usually carriers of the disease.
