\mathfrak{The\:Answer\:is}

1) Acidity of a base

The number of hydroxyl ions [OH]^- which can be produced per molecule of the base in aqueous solution.

or

The number of ions(of an acid) with which a molecule of that base will react to produce salt and water only.

2) Strong acid - It is completely ionized in aqeuous solution.

It dissociates completely in water.

Weak base - It is not ionized in aqeuous solution.

It doesnot dissociate completely in water.

Acidity-

Acidity of a base is defined as the nnumber of ionizable hydrogen ions (OH-) present in one molecule of a base.

Strong acid-

A strong acid is an acid which ionizes (splits) completely in a solution of water. It always loses a proton (A H+) when put in water. ... Many strong acids have a negative pKa value, which means they are very strong.

Weak base-

A weak base is a chemical base that does not ionize fully in an aqueous solution.An example of a weak base is ammonia. It does not contain hydroxide ions, but it reacts with water to produce ammonium ions and hydroxide ions.

Hope it helps you...
