<b>Heya mate. (^_-). Answers below.
====================================

(1)

Rowlatt Act was opposed by the people of India. - True.

The Rowlatt Act was passed by the British Government in 1919. This law empowered the government to arrest any person without a warrant and imprison anybody without a fair trial and was branded the 'Black Act'. It restricted people's freedom and was often called as the 'No daleel, No Appeal, No Wakil' act. The Indians, under the leadership of Gandhiji, opposed this law and held many satyagraha and strikes and demonstrations against this law.

(2)

Gandhiji suspended the Non Co-operation Movement - True.

In August 1920, Gandhiji called for a Non Co-operation Movement against the wrongs done in Punjab (Jallianwala Bagh Massacre) and Turkey (Imposing of humiliating terms on the Caliph of Islam), which received widespread response. However, in February, 1922, the Chauri Chaura incident took place in chauri-chaura, Gorakhpur, U.P. In this, a mob of people, burnt alive a police station and around 20 policemen. This led to more violence, and Gandhiji suspended the Non Co-operation Movement.

(3)

The Indians boycotted the Simon Commission - True.

The Montague-Chelmsford Reform of 1919 had introduced that the government will look after the Indian territory and appoint a committee to see if the people were ready for self-governance. For this, the Simon Commission, under Sir John Simon (I think) was appointed in 1927. The Simon Commission came India in 1928, and since it had NO Indian member (not even one), it was treated with black banners and posters saying "Simon, Go Back!"

(4)

Khilafat Movement was started in India - True.

The British Government had imposed some humiliating terms on the ruler of Turkey, who was also the Caliph or Khalifa (a type of leader) of Islam, by the end of first world war. This angered Muslims all over the world, including India. So, the Ali brothers (Shaukat Ali and Muhammad Ali) started the Khilafat movement in India in the year 1919.
