Saturn have ring which is made up of ice, rock and dust particles. they were seen by Galileo through his telescope..

the most distinguish features of Saturn is the system of colorful ring which surrounding it. three distinct sets of ring around are visible from the earth. all orbit Saturn like miniature satellite v. the ring of Saturn cannot be see to the naked eyes, they can be observe only with the help of telescope. the presence of well- develop system of rings around Saturn make it unique in the Solar system....

canup proposed that the ring are the icy remnants of a bygone moon. when saturn and it's satellite moon formed along with the rest of the Solar system 4.5 billion ago one of the Saturn large moon formed too close to the planet to maintain a stable orbit...
