Here you go :p

There are '9' simple '1' side-length Squares √√
Plus those HIGHLIGHTED '8' squares in total +_+

[ Feel free to call it a '17' possible square system ]

--> Don't wander in the dark ( THE TWO INTERCEPT SQUARES are not to count )

rajc7: fake good. ni8 to all
Yuichiro13: Or else '13' would've been the answer which she *CLEARLY DENIED*
HarishAS: No 13 + 2, = 15
Yuichiro13: And which is those '2' invisible squares 0_0
rajc7: don't disturb me plzz yaar
Yuichiro13: *UNFOLLOW THE QUESTION :+1:"
HarishAS: Join ( 2 from right 4 from top), (3,2) , (5,3) , (4,5)
HarishAS: And (2,3) , (4,2) , (5,4) & (3,5)
HarishAS: These r the two extra triangle , so, 9 + 4 + 2 = 15
Metalprophet: yeah right
