Stress !! What is stress ?

It is a feeling that is natural , which comes to students when they study a lot , it comes to a child when he/she does more work(in the sense of whatever they do) than his/her potential. And it may come when you are not having enough stamina. We can't say no to stress but we can reduce it or control it . This control is in our hands.

There are many problems which can be created in yourself because of stress. The most dangerous is uncontrollable anger. It also leads to depression. And stress also leads to upsetness.

So if you want to control stress. You must have to increase your potential. If potential will increased then stress will reduced automatically.

Secondly you can hear music too. Because in a study it is found that music can heal every pain. So it implies here too.

Third one , when you feel stressed try to engage yourself in those activities which make you happy. You can approach comedy shows too.

Umm Fourth one can be properly balanced diet because the stress is may be because of not proper nutrients means not enough stamina.

Fifth one don't engage for a long time, only in that work which you are doing.

Example - If you are just only doing study and not doing other things like playing, spending time with family you must feel stress. So try to do studies by having some short breaks between it.

In this 21st century , this 5 letter word has become common on most of the teenagers and youngsters. Stress causes tension which leads to headaches or any other disorder.

Even stress affects our health, causes problems like heart problem, severe head ache, etc. But , for people, it's a normal part of their life. It can seriously affect your health if stress can't be handled.

According to one survey done in United kingdom, it was found that 70% people experienced stress due to heavy workload, internal distress etc.

What are it's causes ?

=> Severe Dissatisfaction
=> Long hours work
=> Discrimination/ Harrassment
=> Chronical diseases / disorders
=> Disaster / rape / violence

So, managing stress is very important and to get rid of it, one must do the following :

=> Exercise
=> Meditate ( Yoga )
=> Smile , Laugh
=> Spend time with family , friends
=> Balanced food/ diet
=> Breathe deeply, cool down.
=> Listening to music

One can follow the above tips and get out of stress.
